I have to admit that there is probably a reason that I don't post a lot of my crafts on here but I thought this idea was really cute and wanted to pass it along to others. You can do it for chores or whatever else you want but I did mine for family home evening. It's just a board from Robert's that I mod-podged some scrapbook paper and vynil onto. The magnets are just glass circles with scrapbook paper with our names written on and then mod-poged onto the back. You can move the names when you want them to switch because there are magnets hot glued onto the board. It's really not as complicated as I'm making it sound.
